This should delight the inhabitants of Valencienne ! The sign Times Square Burger gourmet burger specialist is exported from Lilac to this new city of Northin May 2022.

homemade

At the Times Square Burger, the recipes are homemade. In the last few weeks you have been able to enjoy hamburgers in the den located at 27, rue de Mons, very close to Place d’Armes. “The bread is homemade, from a baker from whom we order, even the fries, of course, classic or sweet potatoes. Everything is cooked by us, “explains Annis Abou El Hassan, manager of Times Square Burger.

The team makes you meat burgers (beef and chicken), and also offers vegetarian recipes, and burgers with wholemeal or gluten-free bread … An uncommon offer, even in Lille, which is important, for the sign manager.

A fixed menu is offered, but limited edition recipes can also be tasted, depending on the wishes of the moment. Since opening in Valenciennes, the bacon burger has been a hit. “We also offer a truffle recipe, with confit onion …”

All to satisfy a wide range of palates. And that’s not all! The restaurant also offers dishes (steaks and fries, salads, etc.).

Special formulas, terrace …

At the Times Square Burger, where you immerse yourself in an intimate atmosphere with “old-school” music and enjoy the quotes written on the walls, it costs between € 9.90 and € 13.90 per package. “We offer special formulas at lunchtime, others for students …”, explains the manager of the brand.

There are about twenty places on the Valenciennes site. You can also sit on the terrace or take away or delivery.

A question of opportunity

Why did you settle in Valenciennes? “A question of opportunity”, summarizes Annis Abou El Hassan. The Lille resident, who established his reputation in the capital of Flanders, was very well received by the municipality with the concept of him. “The city follows entrepreneurs, everything was super fluid,” he says.

He is proud to carry out this project in a sector where he has a family, and in a city in full expansion, proposing an offer that had not existed until then. Later, he envisions opening other restaurants in Upper France, but gives time to forge his brand’s reputation. Slowly but surely.
